I am guessing, but it is probably one of the worst health insurance and health systems in the world.. If you are international and are used to getting appointments by your doctor on time, receiving attention from your doctors, receiving the RIGHT treatment, being able to call the health insurance to ask questions and get them answered, then try to get the private insurance. I know I am talking about the basics, but unfortunately, in this country, you will not be treated accordingly if you have the "public" insurance.

The worst customer service one can deal with! They cannot communicate in English professionally. Most staff is rude and incompetent. They change their agreements a lot. Family/Student Insurance is weak at their end. There is no mean for complaining. They cannot deal with COVID-19 changing circumstances which everyone is going through. I hardly do not recommend this insurance company, especially if you are not German/cannot communicate perfectly and fluently in German.

Not the best customer service, maybe even the worst. I was welcomed by the recipiention, asked me to wait for my turn. Actually, all the agents had no customers, I could be called by any. Suddenly, a new customer came and the agent just picked him from the reception and skipped me. For me it looked like, she had nothing to do. Just did not want to handle my papers and she just toke what ever apple she liked. So disrespectful. Just left the place, cannot stay in a place where they dont respect customers.

I wish I could give a rating below 1 star. The staff is rude, unfriendly and incompetent. They are unable to answer any queries and solve problems. No matter what you ask them, they will ask you to call their customer care for further clarification. They take months to process a request and are not very clear on what their policies are. Because of their incompetence and laziness in processing my request, I am having to pay 1000s of Euros unnecessarily! Would not recommend TK to anyone!
